The recipe was specifically chosen specifically to support our learners with the acquisition of new skills and knowledge with over 20 ingredients and different baking techniques. It has been taking around 8 hours of focused baking sessions to produce 6 finished puddings – so each of the puddings represents something very special and a great achievement by learners.
