This week’s theme in our Adult Learner Kitchen Sessions has been bread making.

Gaining knowledge and understanding of yeast and why bread mix proves and doubles in size plus practical skills of learning how to roll bread with their hands and using a rolling pin to shape dough, our learners have had a delicious time…as all good chefs know, it’s important to taste your work!!!
